CHIP Summit 2010 Recipes

Heather Leno, author of the Vital Vitals cookbook, arranged the menus for the Summit 2010 meals. While she could not attend the Summit, she worked closely with the Wong Kerlee Catering Service to make sure we were provided with delicious meals. CHIP Summit 2006 Recipes

I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity this year to work with Chef Lacrosse and his staff of the Radisson Hotel in Sacramento. Feeding several hundred people a plant-based diet is foreign to most hotels and conference centers, and can be quite a challenge for both us and the cuisine department. But praise the Lord, they rose to the occasion and did a marvelous job!

It is my prayer that this collection of recipes will be a blessing to you. Some of them were taken from the Vital Vittles Cookbook and others were prepared especially for Summit 2006.
